Delivery Terms

Famme.no ships to all of Norway except Svalbard and Jan Mayen. Delivery times vary by product but usually range from 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received. We reserve the right for longer delivery times during periods of high traffic for us or our shipping partner.

Letter packages are typically delivered to your mailbox. In some instances, for example if your mailbox is full, you may need to pick up the package at the post office. You will then receive a pickup slip in your mailbox.

Packages sent to a pickup point are typically delivered to your nearest pickup location. The postal service will send a pickup notification via email, and you will also receive a notification via SMS if you have selected this option in your profile. All shipments to pickup points can be tracked under "My Orders" once the products have been sent by us.

For exchanges, a exchange code is provided with a value so that you can purchase a corresponding item. An exchange code is a discount code and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

As a customer, you are obliged to monitor the status of your shipment. Famme.no is not responsible for delivery notifications regarding arrived packages. The postal service returns unclaimed packages after 14 days according to their policy.

If you are not home at the agreed delivery time, do not collect the goods, or refuse to accept them, the items will be returned to us at your expense. In such cases, you will be offered to have the order shipped to you again for NOK 49. If you do not pay for the new shipping or do not wish to resend the order, you will be charged a fee of NOK 200 from the amount already paid, in addition to return shipping of NOK 49. Any remaining amount will be credited back to your card, bank account, or through Klarna, depending on your payment method.

If you ask the postal service to return the item and you notify us in advance that you are using your right of withdrawal within the deadline, you will only need to pay for the return cost.

If your package is not delivered within the agreed time, you as a customer can set a reasonable additional deadline. If this deadline is exceeded, you may cancel the purchase and receive your money back within 14 days.

 

GENERAL

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Famme webshop on www.fammesportswear.com/www.famme.no (hereinafter referred to as the "webshop"), covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into from a distance with Famme AS (referred to as "FAMME"). We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, so we ask you to read the terms and conditions prior to every order you place in the webshop.

A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Famme to the email address you provided. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the webshop, Famme will notify you by email. We may then suggest an alternative item or cancel the order in question. If incorrect pricing information is shown on the webshop, you will be offered to either purchase the item at the correct price or cancel the order. Famme reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or similar actions, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, are suspected.

To place an order in the webshop, you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. Famme presumes that minors who make purchases on www.fammesportswear.com / www.famme.no submit truthful information regarding their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their guardian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may be liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.

 

PRICE & PAYMENT

The prices at the webshop are current prices and may change at any time. Famme is not bound by price indications in the webshop that the buyer must reasonably understand are incorrect and which may have occurred due to technical issues in the web platform or rates that have been manipulated by the customer. Prices are inclusive of local VAT and are payable in the currency indicated at the webshop. For customers outside Norway, additional VAT, customs charges, and other levies may be incurred by your local Customs Authority on your import at applicable rates. Payment can be made by credit card, direct debit invoice, or as otherwise instructed at the webshop. Where payment is subject to validation and/or authorization by a card issuer or bank or to credit validation, any order confirmation is subject to such validation or authorization. We cooperate with an authorized payment service provider (Stripe), who processes your personal details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS, developed by international credit card companies such as VISA and MasterCard. All transactions will be sent through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form, and all card details and payment information will be protected and processed with a high level of security.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

  •  Slice it.

Payments are captured as soon as the order is placed; this also applies to pre-orders.

 

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

All campaigns with reduced prices are limited in time. Multiple offers generally cannot be combined. A discount code or voucher is valid only once per customer and purchase. In the case of obvious misuse of offers, such as coupons and promotion codes, the webshop reserves the right to cancel the order in question.

On orders eligible for a gift or discount, the value of the gift/discount is considered a general discount on the total amount of the order. If part or all of the order is sent back for exchange or refund, the value of the returned merchandise is recalculated and only the purchase price minus the proportional share of the overall discount will be credited.

We may change the date for a promotion at any time, regardless of what has been communicated on our website or via email. The dates given will generally be correct but may be subject to change.

Promotions and discount codes are only valid on new orders and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Gift cards/discounts issued as replacements for items (complaints, returns, etc.) cannot be combined with discount codes.

If a gift card is mistakenly sent and the customer is aware that the gift card was sent in error/should have been deactivated, an invoice for the full value of the gift card will be issued if the gift card is used.

Discount codes used for processing exchanges, new items for complaints, free items for influencers, and similar should only be used to order the item being replaced/exchanged/promoted. Any additional use of such discount codes will result in an invoice being sent that covers the loss (discount value of the order). I.e. the full price should be paid if a discount was used without approval. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the maximum time before starting promotion is 1 month after receiving free items.

By placing an influencer order you agree to our influencer terms.

For fraudulent orders/theft, we may deduct our costs from refunds. This includes shipping, labor costs including investigation, picking and packing, and other costs arising due to the fraudulent order.

 

DELIVERY

We always try to deliver your order as soon as possible. Normally, orders of items in stock ship within 1-2 business days from order confirmation and can be expected to be delivered in 1-3 business days within Norway and 3-15 business days for international orders. Delivery times are estimates only, and particularly during high season (e.g., Christmas), deliveries may take longer than usual. In the event of a delay in delivery of more than fifteen (15) business days beyond the estimated delivery time above, you may cancel your order subject to written notice to us, at which point we will credit any payment made by you as our entire liability for the delay. If the order has already shipped, you must first return the item to us before such credit can be made. The freight cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order. We currently ship to most countries. Should you have an inquiry regarding whether we ship to a specific location, please contact our Customer Service. You are asked to inspect delivered items upon delivery and report any deviations as stated in Returns below. If you fail to collect your products upon delivery, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of return freight and administration.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

We offer you a 14-day right of return from your purchase, calculated from the date you ordered the goods. If you wish to make such a return, please follow our return instructions here. Items must be returned properly wrapped and packed in their original packaging, in unused and saleable condition. As soon as we receive the returned items and confirm that the requirements above are met, we will refund your payment. If you find that an item delivered by us is defective, you should contact Customer Service as soon as possible with a formal complaint to obtain a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund. The same applies if you identify that a product has been damaged during transport or that there are other discrepancies in the delivery, e.g., if the number of items or the product model delivered does not match your order. In the case of a return, the risk (for loss or damage during delivery) is on the customer.

We offer free exchanges in some areas, but we reserve the right to process the exchange as a return instead; this typically applies if the item to be exchanged was on sale.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

FAMME ensures that all products are meticulously checked for quality control before being dispatched to our customers. We work hard to avoid damages or defects in our products. Should you find that an item is damaged or otherwise defective, you will receive a replacement of the item in question, if a new one is available. If not, you will be refunded the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item was part of an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. You are asked to always examine your received products at the time of delivery and report any discrepancies as soon as possible.

We will return your funds as soon as possible, at the latest within 15 days from the date you returned the item and it was received by Famme, and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. Always save your receipt. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.

 

COLORS

We cannot guarantee that the colors appearing on the online store accurately reflect the product colors. The colors may appear differently depending on your computer or phone screen, graphic card, and computer settings.
