OUR PRIVACY POLICY
FAMME fully respects your privacy concerning the processing of the personal data that you, as a customer, provide us with. By providing us with your data, you consent to FAMME using the collected data to fulfill our obligations to you, thereby providing you with the highest level of service possible. The aim of processing and registering your data is solely to prepare, process, and complete your order, to improve our customer service, and for marketing purposes. We will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to any unrelated third party for marketing purposes.
Data transferred to a third party is solely used to fulfill FAMME’s obligations to you as a customer. FAMME may transfer data to FAMME’s subcontractors in connection with deliveries (for example, your address, which is necessary for our shipping agents to deliver your order).
You may at any time write to FAMME and withdraw your consent to let FAMME use your data for marketing purposes (for example, by sending you newsletters, offers, etc.). If you wish to change your registered personal data or have any questions about the personal data we have registered.

Payment can be made by credit card, direct debit, or as may otherwise be instructed at the Web Shop. Where payment is subject to validation and/or authorization by a card issuer or bank or to credit validation, any Order Confirmation is subject to such validation or authorization. We cooperate with an authorized payment service provider (PSP), who processes your personal details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS, developed by international credit card companies such as VISA, MasterCard, and Diners. All transactions will be sent through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form, and all card details and payment information will be protected and processed with a high level of security.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass on to Klarna certain of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.

FAMME is not responsible for the technical equipment and software needed to use the webshop. FORCE MAJEURE

If the period of force majeure is not of a temporary nature, you and aim'n have the right to cancel the purchase agreement without any obligation to pay indemnity arising. Such measures are carried out by contacting FAMME’s customer service.
DISPUTES
If a dispute regarding these terms and conditions arises, the consumer should contact FAMME’s customer service and try to resolve the disagreement as a first step. A dispute arising out of these terms and conditions shall be brought to the court in the place where the defendant resides.
COPYRIGHT
The content of the webshop is copyright-protected and is the property of FAMME. All intellectual property rights to the content of the webshop belong to FAMME. It is allowed to download, print, copy, and blog about the material on the webshop for your personal purposes, however not for business purposes. This presumes that the material is not changed and that all intellectual property rights remain reserved at FAMME. It is allowed to link to the webshop. All rights reserved. Photographs on the webshop are not to be copied.
You have of course the opportunity to inform us in writing at any time that you do not wish for your personal data to be used for marketing purposes.
Payment by card
Card numbers are not stored beyond what is necessary to ensure effective management of any problems with charges, cancellations, and credits.
Cookies
Cookies are a text string that is stored on your PC when you visit. This is necessary when you need to register and complete a purchase (it is possible to view products without using cookies).
