Read this before you send an email:
- You will receive a return label when you fill out the return form linked on the return page.
- Do you wish to make a complaint about a product? Please fill out this form: Complaint Form.
- Click HERE if you want to change the address before the order is shipped.
- My page: Order status, tracking etc., You log in with the same email that you ordered with. Here you will also find order number.
- Where is your order? Most likely, you have received tracking via email (check spam), but if this is missing please contact us!
- Can you exchange? See the return page linked above.
- New return label: You will get this via email when the return form is filled out, but if you need a different type of return, reply to us by email, and we usually arrange that :)
- Change order before it is shipped? We can arrange that if you are quick to send an email and include both what you wish to remove from the order and what you wish to add, preferably with product link, color, and size so that it is clear what you want to exchange for.
- Wrong item received? Send an email with a picture of the item you received. Note that if you return an item that is incorrectly labeled, please include information about this in the package so that the warehouse is aware of the error when they receive the return.
- Missing item? Send us an email, and we will arrange a new shipment in no time 🚀.
- Package marked as delivered according to tracking, but you can't find it? Check with neighbors and the shipping company. In 99% of cases, this resolves itself. But if the package is still missing, we are here to solve this regardless!
