We explain seamless activewear
Seamless activewear is made using the same process, but quality is influenced by several different factors. We explain each of the various processes. Each seamless garment is knitted on a circular knitting machine (there are a few exceptions, but they are rare). This means that each item is knitted as a tube. A pair of leggings, singlet, or sports bra is knitted the same way.

Yarn
The yarn determines the quality and properties of the fabric. Yarn selection depends on the garment’s purpose and desired quality. It is common to combine different types of yarn. We are proud to collaborate with one of the world’s best yarn producers. Our partner Fulgar SpA in Italy specializes in Nylon 6.6 and other technical yarn types. They are known for their quality and sustainable production.
Design & Adjustment
All seamless garments are designed in a computer program before being knitted on the circular knitting machine. This design determines the different knit textures and measurements. Every single stitch knitted by the needles is determined by the design.
A technician must manually prepare the machine for production. The yarn must be set up, adjusted, defective needles replaced, and the machine cleaned and programmed for the respective garment.
Warp knit
Warp knit seamless is a technique within seamless production that ensures garments are elastic, breathable, and durable. This happens through technology that bonds the yarns strongly by using parallel loops connected in a zigzag pattern.
Dyeing
Dyeing and fabric treatment are important for the fabric’s comfort and properties. Dyeing is done when the “seamless garment” is still a tube.
Cut & Sew
After dyeing, the tube is cut and sewn. This creates a finished and usable seamless garment. All articles require this manual process. Seamless leggings, underwear, sports bras, and sweaters must be cut and sewn before use.

Good quality control should reveal errors before garments are packed and shipped to Norway. All our Seamless garments go through three quality controls.

Applications
Seamless activewear is soft, has a good fit, and feels incredibly comfortable against the skin. For people with high demands for comfort and freedom of movement, seamless is a great workout garment.
We make seamless leggings and seamless tops for all physical activities. This includes strength training, running, and yoga. Therefore, we have chosen to use exclusive materials that make the garment extra comfortable. It is light, soft, and wicks moisture effectively. But even the best seamless activewear must be treated properly. If you do activities that involve friction against objects or surfaces, we recommend using something other than seamless leggings. We recommend these leggings if you are doing a tough CrossFit session, or if you risk giving your leggings the taste of asphalt or other rough surfaces.
No seamless garment likes to come into contact with Velcro, animal claws, or other sharp objects. These can damage the surface. Your seamless activewear should give you many comfortable experiences and workouts for a long time.
Seamless underwear and socks
In the past, seamless machines were mostly used for production of socks and underwear. Socks are made using the same process as seamless clothes, but are cut and sewn differently. The machine producing socks is also a circular knitting machine, just much smaller.

Seamless leggings

Regardless of which model suits you best, all our seamless leggings are made of Fulgar's Lamicrofibra. This is a Nylon 6.6 yarn with extremely fine filaments that make the leggings comfortable to work out in.

Seamless sports bra
Among our selection of sports bras, there are also several seamless options. With its simple and nice design featuring few seams, we recommend the seamless bra for training with low to medium intensity.
One of our bestselling sports bras is the wire-free Seamless Bralette and Power seamless top, which suits everyday use or training with low intensity, such as yoga or brisk walking. Elevate Sports Bra and Camo sports bra are better for training with slightly higher intensity as they have good support, for example for strength training.
